Pan Oceana's basic grunts, the Fusiliers, had a very down-to-earth military vibe. I mostly stuck to the stock colors, toned-down a bit with less of the slick gloss.
I went with a modern military look that fit more in a badlands look than a heavy urban sensibility, with the only heavily saturated look being the brighter hats of their uniform, referencing their more regimented force/society.
