I'm much happier with this one- besides painting it better, I think that mixing the two styles of tank worked better than trying to purely update the older one- not that I'm unhappy with the previous one, but I think that, particularly in the case of the Razorback's exposed gunner, sticking the turret on the larger chassis helped make it look proportionally smaller.
Also, the Rhino/Razorback chassis is super-similar, so was easy conversion fodder: The main hatch just sits in place, and the storm bolter is pinned but not glued, so also just sits on the hatch.
