Here's why: I came for the writing/setting, which started off very characterful and entertaining enough. Then the above-mentioned noise happened. That quote comparison? Endemic. It wasn't like I consciously abandoned it, but I looked around one day and realized I didn't care anymore.<br /><br />Why is that a problem? I'm just one person, right? Well, I'm one person who called bullshit on them on a minis blog, instead of backing them up. I'm one person who has a negative opinion of the way they run their show--lousy writing aside, I agree that it really says something about their philosophy. "In it for the money/we don't care?" Good for you, now I don't care.<br /><br />Switched to Malifaux, which has character practically dripping off it, and character for people other than thirteen-year-old boys, at that.
